  • Spring roll wrappers 15 sheets
  • Onions 2
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Spring onions 6 stalks
  • Corn starch 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Chili powder about half a spoon
  • Egg 1
  • Cooking oil

Step-by-step Instructions

(1) Wash the pork thoroughly and slice it thinly. Then put the thinly sliced pork into a grinder together with onions, garlic, ginger, spring onions, chili powder, salt, sugar, and corn starch, and grind them all together.

(2) Transfer the ground mixture into a bowl. Then beat an egg with a little salt. After that, lay the spring roll wrapper flat on a surface. Place the ground pork filling onto the spring roll wrapper, roll it up, and fill it with the stuffing.

(3) Brush the edge of the spring roll wrapper with a little of the beaten egg and roll it up to seal. Once all the spring rolls are rolled and ready, heat oil in a pot.

(4) Once the oil is hot, add the spring rolls and fry them. Fry for about 5 minutes until the spring rolls turn golden brown, then remove them from the pot and drain the oil. Now you have fragrant, crispy fried pork spring rolls ready! You can enjoy these delicious fried spring rolls with your favorite dipping sauce.
