We're sharing some useful kitchen tips for every homemaker.

When grease sticks to your pots, scrubbing with steel wool will leave scratches on the pot. So fill the pot with hot water and add a little dish soap. Then put in a paper towel and leave it for 1 hour. When the time is up, pour it out. You'll see that the grease has disappeared on its own.

If you want to squeeze lemon juice into your food but worry it'll go to waste if it's not all used, roll the lemon with your hand and then slice the top off. Then insert the straw from a spray bottle into the lemon, and you can squeeze it whenever you need to use it — it won't go bad even if kept for a long time.

When slicing mushrooms, since they're small, you'd have to cut a lot of them one by one. So to do it quickly, skewer the mushrooms in a row on a stick and slice through them all with a knife at once — you'll finish a large batch in a single cut.

Slicing a head of cabbage with a knife also takes a long time. Using a grater instead is faster and makes the job much easier.

If the cutting boards you use at home turn yellow, put sugar and dish soap into a container, add an ice cube and a little water, then stir. After that, just leave it as is for a while. Once you rinse it off afterward, you'll see the yellowing on the board has changed.
