Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a recipe for potato fried rice, fried up with a mix of potatoes, pork, eggs, and more.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 slices of pork (cut into medium-sized pieces)
- 225 grams of potatoes (cut into small square pieces)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 3 bowls of cooked rice
- 112 grams of green peas
- Ground black pepper and a little salt
- 4 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced, with the white and green parts separated)
Step-by-step instructions
1. Heat a pan and add half a tablespoon of oil. Add the medium-cut pork slices and fry until they turn brown. Then transfer to a plate.
2. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown. Add half a tablespoon of soy sauce. Then add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and let it steam for about a minute. Afterward, you can mix it in with the pork on the plate.
3. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the eggs and fry. While the eggs are still half-cooked, add the rice, then add the green peas, spring onions, and ground pepper, and stir-fry until well combined. Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
4. After frying for about two to three minutes, add the potatoes and fried pork, and fry for another one to two minutes. Then taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Once the taste is just right, your potato fried rice is ready!
