Hello everyone! For those who love chocolate cake, this time I'd like to share a simple recipe for a three-layer chocolate cake that you can easily make at home.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
- 1 liter of milk
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of Custard Powder
- 4 tablespoons of corn flour
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Step-by-step method
1. Crush the biscuits by hand. Then put them into a grinder and grind until they become fine powder.
2. Mix the resulting biscuit powder with the 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
3. Grease the baking pan with oil. Line it with parchment paper. Then put the biscuit mixture into the baking pan. Smooth out the surface and press it flat.
4. Heat a pot and add 500 milliliters of milk. Then add the Custard Powder and 4 tablespoons of sugar, stir until well combined, and cook until the liquid thickens.
5. Pour the thickened milk mixture into the cake pan prepared earlier.
6. Heat the pot again and add the remaining milk. Add 4 tablespoons of corn flour, 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 4 tablespoons of sugar, and stir until well combined. Then cook until the liquid thickens.
7. Pour the resulting thick chocolate mixture into the cake pan prepared earlier.
Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
8. Once the set time is up, remove the chocolate cake from the pan and sprinkle some shredded coconut on top. Then drizzle some chocolate sauce over it.
And there you have it — a delicious three-layer chocolate cake!
