Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a beef rice recipe with you. Instead of ordinary beef rice, this is a 7-layer beef chopped rice.
Ingredients
- 1 milk can of rice
- Half a milk can of corn kernels
- A little salt and pepper
- 1 can of tomato sauce and 5 tomatoes (cut into small cubes)
- 8 tablespoons of water
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 pound of beef (thinly sliced)
- 4 slices of bacon (cut in half)
- A little cheese (optional)
Step-by-step instructions
1. Wash the rice thoroughly with water until clean. Then place it in the baking dish that will go into the oven.
2. Then add the corn kernels. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
3. Mix 1 can of tomato sauce with 8 tablespoons of water until well combined. Then pour it into the baking dish.
4. Then add the onion and green pepper.
On top of that, add the sliced beef. Add salt and pepper.
5. Then pour the chopped tomatoes on top and spread evenly.
6. Then cover with the bacon slices.
7. Then cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for about one hour.
8. Once the time is up, remove the foil covering and bake for another 30 minutes.
If you're not using cheese, it's ready at this stage.
If you want to use cheese, sprinkle in the cheese strips and bake until the cheese melts.
And there you have it, a delicious 7-layer beef chopped rice.
