Rice is the staple food of Myanmar people. It's prepared and eaten in many different ways such as fried rice, steamed rice, and so on. This time, to make something a bit unusual and also include nutritious rice, I'd like to share a recipe. That recipe is Cheese and Egg Rice Balls.
Ingredients

- 8 small square-cut cheese cubes

- 1 bowl of breadcrumbs

- Oil
- A little sauce
Step-by-Step Instructions
Put the rice into a large bowl, then crack one egg into it. Next, add the thinly sliced cheese and knead evenly with your fingers until well mixed. Once done, take a small amount of rice, place the small square cheese cubes exactly in the center, and form it into a rice ball. Since there are 8 cheese cubes, you will get 8 rice balls.
Beat the remaining 2 eggs, then dip the rice balls into the beaten egg. After that, coat the rice balls in the breadcrumbs.
Next, fry the rice balls in hot oil. Fry until the rice balls turn golden brown.
When removing from the oil, use a slotted spoon to lift them out, then place them on paper towels to drain the oil before putting them on a plate.
As the final step, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and you can enjoy your delicious cheese and egg fried rice balls with sauce.
