Hello everyone! This time, the dish we'd like to share is a bacon and egg pizza made with two kinds of vegetables plus plenty of bacon and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cured bacon
  • 3 oz spinach (leaves and stems trimmed)
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A pinch of salt and ground pepper
  • 1 small bowl of cherry tomatoes (halved into rounds or quarters)
  • 2.8 oz cheese (shredded)

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an oven-safe skillet with butter.

2. Cut the cured bacon into bite-sized pieces. Then heat a pan and add the bacon, frying until it turns golden brown and crispy (about 6 to 10 minutes).

Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate. There will be some bacon grease left in the pan. Pour off the excess grease, but leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan.

3. Next, add the spinach and stir-fry for about 15 seconds. Then transfer it into the plate with the bacon.

4. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder, and whisk until well blended.

Add a pinch of salt and whisk again.

5. Then add the fried bacon, spinach, cheese, and cherry tomatoes, and mix well again.

6. Once done, pour the mixture into the buttered skillet. Then place it in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Once the time is up, you'll have a delicious bacon and egg pizza ready to enjoy.
