Hey there, food-loving Foodies… Greetings! Whether it's your day off or you just have some free time at home, wouldn't you like to step into the kitchen and make some delicious egg-stuffed bacon-wrapped fried meatballs?
Ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs
- About 1 pound of minced pork (ground finely)
- 6 slices of bacon
- A small amount of cheese
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
Step-by-step Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add salt, black pepper, and a small amount of cheese to the finely ground pork, and knead it well until evenly mixed (don't use all the cheese — set a little aside for later).
Next, divide the kneaded pork into 6 portions and gently flatten each one into a round shape using your hands. Place an equal portion of the remaining cheese onto each pork patty, then place one boiled egg on top of each. After that, wrap and shape the pork around the egg to form a large meatball.
Wrap each egg-stuffed meatball with one of the 6 bacon slices, then place them in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. (If you'd rather not use the oven, you can also fry them yourself in a pan.)
Once the time is up, remove it from the oven and let it cool briefly. Just before serving, wrap the egg-stuffed meatballs with the bacon slices once more. And there you have it — delicious, tasty egg-stuffed bacon-wrapped meatballs ready to enjoy!
