Hello everyone! This time, the dish we'd like to share for those who love making barbecue is honey-flavored pork rib barbecue.

Ingredients

  • About 1 gallon of cold water
  • 200 ml soy sauce and 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1.5 viss of pork ribs
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 3 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)
  • 60 ml honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Step-by-step method

1. Put the pork ribs into a pot and pour in cold water until the ribs are submerged. Then bring it to a boil.

2. Once the water comes to a boil, transfer the pork ribs onto a plate and let them cool down.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar thoroughly.

4. Once the pork ribs have cooled, put them into a sealable bag and pour the soy sauce mixture into the bag with the ribs.

5. Add the garlic, ginger, and spring onion into the bag with the pork ribs, seal the bag tightly so no air gets in, and place it in the refrigerator for about 4 to 8 hours.

6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Once the time is up, you'll have deliciously golden-brown roasted pork ribs. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and enjoy deliciously with rice.
