Hello everyone! Today I'd like to share a recipe for chicken jerky fry, which can be enjoyed not only as a snack but also as a main dish.
For those who are afraid of deep frying in oil with a wok, let's try frying it using an oven instead.
Ingredients
• Chicken breast about 0.5 viss (bones and skin removed)
• 4 slices of ginger
• 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper powder
Step-by-step Instructions
1. Pour water into a pot. Add the ginger slices and cooking wine, and let it come to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling, put the chicken breast pieces into the pot and let them cook for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take out the chicken pieces and let them cool.
3. Once the chicken pieces have cooled, shred them into strands.
4. Mix the shredded chicken thoroughly with olive oil, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper powder, then let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.
5. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the baking tray that will go into the oven with parchment paper, then spread the chicken evenly on top of the paper.
6. Next, put the tray into the oven for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken strands over to the other side and put them back in the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes.
Once all the steps above are complete, you'll have a delicious chicken jerky fry ready to enjoy. You can serve it with your favorite tangy sauce for extra flavor.
