Here's how to make banana pancakes so you can enjoy bananas, which are rich in vitamins and minerals, as a nutritious and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 grams wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons palm sugar powder (or sugar)
- 250 milliliters water (about 4 glasses)
- Oil
Step-by-step instructions
1. Peel the 3 bananas and put them into a bowl. Then mash them until they become a paste.
2. Add the palm sugar powder (or sugar) and mix well until evenly combined.
3. Then add the wheat flour and baking powder. Add the water, one glass at a time, up to three glasses. (Use the extra glass of water only if needed.)
Once done, stir until the batter becomes a thick paste.
4. Heat a pan and add a little oil. You can also use butter instead of oil.
5. Once the oil is hot, take a small amount of the batter, spread it into a round shape on the pan, and flatten it gently with a spatula.
Fry over low heat. Add a little oil around the edges and on top of the pancake.
6. Once the bottom of the pancake turns golden, flip it over and continue frying on low heat on the other side.
7. Fry until all the batter is used up. Stack the banana pancakes on top of each other. Finally, drizzle a little honey on top and enjoy deliciously.
