Hello everyone! This time, for those who want to enjoy a sour and spicy salad, I'd like to share the recipe for Bean Sprout and Sour Spicy Shrimp Salad.
Ingredients
- Bean sprouts 200 grams
- Dried shrimp 30 grams (soaked in water)
- Spring onions 3 stalks (thinly sliced)
- Kaffir lime leaves 3 leaves (thinly sliced) and lime juice 4 table spoons
- Coconut cream 125 milliliters
- Shrimp 500 grams (peeled and boiled)
- Shredded coconut flesh 110 grams
- Peanuts 85 grams
- Chili peppers 3 pieces
- A little salt and water 125 milliliters
Step-by-Step Preparation
1. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the bean sprouts and blanch for about 30 seconds.
2. Put the dried shrimp and chili peppers into a mortar and pound them until mashed. (If you like it spicier, you can add more chili peppers, and if you can't handle the spiciness, you can reduce the amount of chili peppers)
3. In a large bowl, add the pounded chili pepper and dried shrimp mixture, spring onions, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, coconut cream, 125 milliliters of water, shredded coconut flesh, peanuts, bean sprouts, and shrimp, then mix thoroughly.
4. After tasting and adjusting the seasoning, transfer it to a serving plate. Now you have a delicious Bean Sprout and Sour Spicy Shrimp Salad ready. Enjoy it to your heart's content.
