Step-by-step Method
1. Put the chicken stock and cornstarch into a bowl and mix well until combined.
2. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of sesame oil, then add the beef, garlic, salt, and ground pepper. Stir-fry with a wooden spatula for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, onion, carrot, and chili pepper, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
4. Next, add the oyster sauce and the chicken stock-cornstarch mixture and stir well until combined. Then cook over low heat until it comes to a boil.
