Hello everyone! This time, the dish I want to share is beef sauce poured over mustard greens.
Ingredients
- Beef 150 grams
- Mustard greens 1 bunch (cut into medium pieces)
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- Light fish sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar and ground black pepper, a little
- Cooking wine 1/2 tablespoon
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Corn starch 3 teaspoons
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons
Step-by-step instructions
1. Slice the beef thinly. Then mix it well with salt, oyster sauce, light fish sauce, ground black pepper, sugar, cooking wine, water, corn starch, and sesame oil, and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. To blanch the greens, add water to a pot along with a little salt and 1 teaspoon of oil, and bring to a boil. Once it's boiling, add the greens and blanch for about 10-15 seconds. Then remove and place onto a plate.
3. Heat a wok and add cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the beef slices and cook until it turns brown. Once the beef is cooked, immediately transfer it onto a plate.
4. Add garlic and barbecue sauce into the wok and sauté for about 30 seconds. Then add the earlier cooked beef back in and stir-fry until well combined.
5. Pour the cooked beef over the blanched greens.
And now you have a delicious mustard greens with beef dish ready to enjoy.
