Hello everyone! Are you getting bored of cooking chicken curry the same old way? If so, let's try cooking it with mushrooms. If you add a little leek, the aroma will be wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 stalks of leeks
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • A small amount of ground black pepper and olive oil
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika powder
  • About 8 ounces of white mushrooms (cut into medium-sized slices)
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • About 250 ml of chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Step-by-step instructions

1. Wash the leeks thoroughly with water and then cut them into thin slices.

2. Mix the chicken pieces well with 1.5 teaspoons of salt, a quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper, and the paprika powder until evenly combined.

3. Then, brush the chicken pieces with olive oil and fry each side for about 5 minutes. Place the fried chicken pieces neatly on a plate.

4. Heat a pot and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the leeks and stir-fry for about 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms and about a quarter teaspoon of salt, and fry for about 5 minutes.

5. Next, add the flour. Then add the chicken stock and let it come to a boil, simmering for about 2 to 3 minutes.

6. Return the chicken pieces to the pot, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. When the time is up, the chicken will become tender and the flavor will be exceptionally delicious.
