- 2 large mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 2 pieces of fresh broccoli (cut into medium-sized florets)
- A small amount of green peas
- 4 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)

2. Add half a teaspoon of coconut oil to the pan and fry the sliced onions. Add the fried onions to the bowl with the walnuts from earlier.
3. Set the pan to the highest heat and add half a teaspoon of coconut oil. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry. Add another half tablespoon of soy sauce and continue frying. Transfer the fried mushrooms to the bowl from earlier.
4. Next, add the remaining coconut oil to the pan. Add the broccoli and stir-fry until the florets soften. Then add all the fried mushrooms from the bowl and stir-fry together with the broccoli.
5. Next, add the rice to the pan and stir-fry. Add the green peas, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and spring onions, then stir-fry evenly until well combined. After tasting and adjusting the saltiness to your liking, remove from the heat.
