Hello everyone! This time, the recipe I'd like to share is pork-wrapped fried shrimp.
Ingredients
- 8 shrimp
- A little salt
- 3 slices of pork belly
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and half a teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 stalks spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
Step-by-step instructions
1. Peel the shrimp and wash them clean. Then cut them in half lengthwise. After that, rub them well with a little salt.
2. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, tomato ketchup, ground pepper, and sesame oil together well.
3. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, dip the shrimp into the beaten egg bowl and then put them into the hot oil to fry. Then place the pork belly slices on top of the shrimp.
4. After frying for about one to one and a half minutes, flip to the other side and continue frying. Transfer the finished fried shrimp onto a plate. Sprinkle some spring onion on top, and enjoy it deliciously with your favorite dipping sauce.
