Step-by-step instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Peel the carrots, then grind them in a food processor until finely shredded.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add 96 grams of sugar, 64 grams of melted butter, and the eggs, then mix well until combined. Add the shredded carrots and mix thoroughly. Then add the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon powder, and mix until it becomes a batter.
3. To make the coffee powder topping, combine 4 tablespoons of butter, 64 grams of flour, 64 grams of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt, then mix well.
4. Pour the carrot batter into the baking pan. Then sprinkle the coffee powder mixture evenly on top, and smooth the surface with a spoon. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
