Hello everyone! This time, for those who love Korean food, I'd like to share a recipe for beef-stuffed baked potatoes. It only needs six ingredients, and since the preparation steps are simple, you can easily cook it at home.

Ingredients

  • Beef 0.5 lb (trimmed of fat and tendons)
  • Onion, large, half

  • Large potatoes, 2
  • Butter, 2 pieces about one inch square each
  • Cheese, sliced, about 5 tablespoons

Step-by-step Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After washing the potatoes, use a fork to prick them all over. Then put them in the oven and bake for about one and a half hours.

Slice the onion into thick pieces.

Heat a pan, add oil, and fry the onions. Once the onions have softened, add the beef and stir until the beef is cooked through.

Once the potatoes have finished baking, take them out of the oven, cut each one in half, and place a piece of butter right in the middle. Insert the fried beef and onions into the potato as well.

Then place the potatoes into a pan and sprinkle cheese on top. Heat on the pan until the cheese melts. Once the cheese has melted, you can take it off the pan. You don't have to serve it immediately — you can prepare it a little further if you like.

Add a little cream to the potatoes, along with sliced spring onions, and sprinkle on some sesame seeds as well. You can also add extra cheese if you like. Now you can enjoy this delicious Korean dish — beef-stuffed baked potatoes.
