If you're tired of eating hot dogs the same old way, try switching things up at home. This time, we're sharing a method for cheese lovers to wrap hot dogs with cheese slices and re-fry them with batter. It's not difficult to make at all.

Take a slice of cheese and place a hot dog on it. Then roll it up with your hands and insert a skewer stick. Once you've made as many as you want, let them chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, add 2 small cups of wheat flour. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of baking soda, then add 1 and a half cups of milk. Crack in 2 eggs as well, and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Once it's mixed thoroughly, transfer it into a long bowl. This will make the process easier.
Take the chilled hot dogs one by one and dip them into the batter in the bowl.

Then put them into a pot of oil and fry. Once fried, pat them with oil-absorbing paper.

Once everything is done, you'll have cheesy fried hot dogs that you can enjoy with a dip in sour sauce.
