For those who love Korean food and for some yummy snacking, here's a recipe sharing how to make Korean Cheese Kimchi Fried Rice.
The ingredients needed are Mozzarella cheese, chicken, white rice, kimchi, onion, kimchi juice, sesame oil, oil, and Korean chili sauce (Gochujang Chili Paste).
Add 1 tablespoon of oil into the frying pan. Slice 1 onion and stir it for a while with a spoon.
Cut 200 grams of boneless chicken meat into finger-sized pieces and add them in to fry.
Add 1 and a half cups of kimchi and fry. Keep stirring for a while.
Add about 3 bowls of white rice and fry.
Add 3 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce (Gochujang Chili Paste) sold at City Mart, along with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of kimchi juice, then stir.
Once the fried rice is done, make a little space on the side as shown in the picture, to add the cheese.
Take a bowlful of Mozzarella cheese and place it into the space where the cheese is to be added, using your hand.
Once the cheese is ready too, sprinkle some seaweed flakes on top, and if you like sesame, sprinkle some sesame seeds as well, and it's ready to eat.
And there you have it — your own delicious homemade Korean Cheese Kimchi Fried Rice.
