Hello everyone! This time, the dish I want to share is Mashed Potato with Half-Fried Egg.

Ingredients

• 6 potatoes (boiled, peeled, and cut into medium-sized pieces)
• 125 ml each of milk and water
• 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter
• Butter
• 4 or 6 eggs

• About 4 or 6 slices of fried pork bacon
• A little salt and black pepper powder
• 4 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)
• 150 grams of cheese (sliced into strips)
• A little thinly sliced chili pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Put the potato pieces into a mortar and pestle or a food processor to mash them into a mashed potato consistency.

2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Then heat a large pot and add the mashed potatoes, water, and butter, stirring until well combined.

3. Once the potatoes and butter are evenly combined, add about 2/3 of the cheese strips into the pot. Then make 4 or 6 holes in the mashed potato mixture for the eggs. Crack the eggs into the holes and sprinkle with salt and black pepper powder. Then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

4. To cook the eggs through, place the whole pot of mashed potatoes in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. When the time is up, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with the pork bacon and spring onions.

Now you have a delicious Mashed Potato with Half-Fried Egg dish. Enjoy it with rice.
