Hello everyone! This time, the dish I'd like to share with you is Mushroom and Kailan Stir-Fried Chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 viss
- Kailan (Chinese broccoli) - 8 oz
- Mushroom - 6 oz
- Red bell pepper - 1/4 of one
- Chili powder - a little
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Rice wine - 1 tablespoon and sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced garlic - 1 tablespoon and ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder - a little
Step-by-step method
1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper powder until well combined.
2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
3. Marinate the chicken thoroughly with the soy sauce mixture made earlier, massaging it in well.
4. Trim the kailan into leafy portions. Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly as well.
5. Heat a wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and stir-fry for about 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Then add the kailan, mushrooms, and red bell pepper. Pour in the remaining soy sauce mixture completely. Sprinkle in the chili powder and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Once all these steps are complete, your Mushroom and Kailan Stir-Fried Chicken dish is ready.
