  • 9 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • A little garlic powder
  • A little onion powder
  • A little salt
  • A little ground black pepper

Step-by-step instructions

Cover the chicken breast pieces with a large plastic bag and pound them flat with a meat tenderizer mallet. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

Arrange the flattened chicken pieces neatly in a rectangular shape on top of plastic wrap. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder over the chicken. Squeeze some lemon juice over it.

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and mix in the milk. Add a little black pepper and salt, then whisk well.

Once done, fry the egg mixture.

Cut the fried egg into a rectangular shape and place it on top of the chicken.

Then, roll the plastic wrap tightly.

After rolling the plastic wrap, tie both ends securely.

Then, put it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

After letting it cool for a few minutes, slice the egg-stuffed chicken roll into evenly spaced pieces about 2 to 3 inches wide. Now you can enjoy this delicious egg-stuffed chicken dish.
