Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a little vegetable stir-fry recipe. Let's fry cabbage, which is easy to find and buy and is usually fried the same way, with a little twist to make it even tastier.
Ingredients
- Oil – 1 and a half tablespoons
- Sichuan peppercorns – 1 teaspoon
- Dried chili pods – 2 pieces
- Cabbage (pre-sliced) – 1 and a half packs
- Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
How to Cook
1. Heat the wok over medium heat, and once the pan is hot, add the oil and Sichuan peppercorns.
2. Stir until the peppercorns become fragrant and turn a brownish color.
3. Lower the heat, scoop out the peppercorns with a spatula, and set them aside for a moment.
4. After removing them, return the heat to medium, then add the chili pods and the pre-sliced cabbage. Once added, stir immediately for 30 seconds.
5. Once you hear a sizzling sound, add salt and keep stirring continuously until the cabbage wilts.
6. Turn off the heat, drizzle the soy sauce over the cabbage, and stir a few more times to make sure it's evenly coated.
Once done, you can enjoy it hot.
