Hello everyone! This time, I want to share a sour tomato fish curry recipe that will make fish curry lovers forget about their relatives.

Ingredients

  • 1000 grams fried fish (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tomatoes (cut into medium-sized pieces)
  • 100 grams mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bunch coriander (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic, 1/4 of an onion (thinly sliced), and 2 spring onions (thinly sliced)

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil and 2 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger
  • A little salt and black pepper powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour

Steps to prepare

1. In a bowl, add the corn flour, cooking wine, ginger, black pepper powder, egg white, and salt, then mix well. Then add the fish and mix thoroughly. Once done, marinate for about 1 hour.

2. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces. Heat a pot and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the spring onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the tomatoes and cook on low heat for about 7 to 10 minutes. When the tomato pieces release their juice, add 2 liters of hot water and let it boil for about 20 minutes.

3. Once it is boiling, add the fish, coriander, onion, and mushrooms, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the salt and black pepper powder.

After tasting the curry's light and savory flavor, you'll have a bowl of sour tomato fish curry that will make you forget about your relatives.

Enjoy it deliciously together with rice.
