Hello everyone! For those who are tired of eating rice every day, this time I'd like to share the recipe for making chicken meatball noodle soup.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of noodles
- 4 chicken meatballs
- 1 bunch of watercress (leaves and stems trimmed)
- About 0.6 pound of mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 3 stalks of spring onion (thinly sliced)
- About a handful of fried onions (optional)
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- A little white pepper powder
- A little sesame oil
Step-by-step instructions
1. Pour water into a pot, add a little salt, and bring it to a boil. Then add the noodles and let them boil for about 3 to 4 minutes (stirring occasionally is also needed). Once the noodles have softened, remove them from the pot and rinse with cold water.
2. Discard the water used for boiling the noodles, then pour 1.5 liters of water into the same pot and bring it to a boil over high heat.
3. Add the chicken meatballs and mushrooms into the pot and let it boil for about 3 minutes. Then add the noodles and watercress and boil for another 1 minute.
4. Add salt, a little white pepper powder, and sesame oil, then taste to check for a light, savory flavor.
Now you have a delicious chicken meatball noodle soup.
Sprinkle a little spring onion on top and enjoy it deliciously.
