Greetings everyone! Among our dear MyFood Myanmar readers, there must be many who love popsicles, right?

It's not just children who love popsicles, you know. When the weather is extremely hot, these little popsicles can help cool down your heart and refresh you.

This time, if you're planning to buy and eat popsicles, we'll show you how to make a popular red bean popsicle recipe.

Ingredients

  • Red beans – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Condensed milk – 1/2 cup

Preparation

1. Put the red beans into a medium-sized pot, add water until the beans are submerged, and soak for 3 hours.

2. Drain the soaked red beans and transfer them to a medium-sized pot. Add cold water until the beans are submerged, and boil over medium heat.

3. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the red beans become soft.

4. Once done, remove the red beans and rinse them thoroughly with cold water, then drain.

5. Put the cooked red beans into a blender together with the milk, and blend slowly for about 30 seconds, starting from the lowest speed up to the highest speed.

6. Add the condensed milk and blend for another 5 seconds.

7. Pour the resulting mixture into popsicle molds and freeze in the freezer for 30 minutes or until completely frozen.

8. Once frozen, to remove them easily, pour cold water over the outside of the popsicle mold for about 3 seconds, and you'll be able to easily pop them out and enjoy their delicious taste.
