We're sharing a way to fry carrots, which suit everyone's taste and are nutritious, just like fried potato strips. If you like fried potato strips, you're sure to like fried carrots too.

Peel one large carrot and slice it into thin strips, not too thick. Once sliced, put them into a pot and boil for about 3 minutes. Once done, scoop them out into a plate.

Into a bowl, add wheat flour — a quarter of a cup, then add garlic powder — a little, ginger powder — a little, paprika powder (for coloring) — a little, salt — a little, and mix well. Then add half a cup of water and stir well.

After mixing thoroughly, put the sliced carrots into the bowl and coat them well. Then, take them one strip at a time and coat them in a plate of Bread Crumbs.

Once all are coated, put them into a pot of oil and fry.

Once fried, scoop them out onto a plate and you can enjoy them with your favorite sauce. And there you have it — nutritious and delicious fried carrots.
