For those who love noodles and want to make something a little unusual, we're sharing a recipe for fried instant noodles.
Crush 3 packets of instant noodles into a plate.
Put the noodles into a pot, add a little water, and boil them. You don't need as much water as you would use for normal boiled noodles.
When the water has mostly evaporated and only a little is left, add the spice packet and seasoning packet that came with the noodles.
Stir well until thoroughly mixed, and once the water has evaporated, scoop it out into a plate and let it cool.
Into the plate, add half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, a little salt, a little finely chopped shallot, and if you have dried Chinese coriander leaves, chop them finely and add them too. If you like fresh green chili, chop about 2 pieces and add them in.
Finally, crack in 1 egg and knead everything thoroughly together.
After kneading thoroughly, add 2 tablespoons of corn flour and knead again until well combined.
Once everything is ready, take a handful at a time and drop it into the oil to fry, just like frying fritters.
Once done, scoop them onto a plate and enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce. And there you have it — your fried instant noodles are ready!
