When it comes to mushrooms, people usually just fry them plain, stir-fry them with morning glory, or make them into a light soup. It's rare to fry them in batter. When fried in batter, you can dip them in a bit of sour sauce and eat them as a snack. It's also something easy to make on your days off. So, for mushroom lovers, let's share how to fry mushrooms in batter to make them delicious.

All Purpose Flour – Put two-thirds of a small bowl's worth into a large bowl. Salt – a small amount, chili powder – a small amount, paprika (color-giving chili powder) – a small amount, garlic powder – half a teaspoon, Oregano seasoning – half a teaspoon, Baking Powder – half a teaspoon, add these and mix well.

Once it's well mixed, add two-thirds of a small bowl's worth of sparkling water and mix again. It's best to use the small whisk used for beating eggs to stir it.

Take the amount of mushrooms you want to serve and slice them into thick pieces.

Also put some Breadcrumbs, the kind used for frying, onto a plate. You can buy Breadcrumbs at City Mart.

Take the sliced mushrooms one by one and dip them into the batter made earlier. Then coat them in the Breadcrumbs and press gently. After that, just put them into the oil pot and fry them.

Once fried, scoop them onto a plate and you can enjoy them dipped in your favorite sour sauce.
