• Half a tablespoon each of salt and pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon of cumin powder and a little coriander leaves

2. When the potatoes are soft, take them out, let them cool, and peel off the skin.
3. Then cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
4. Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add about half of the thinly sliced garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
5. Lower the heat and fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes. When the potatoes turn golden brown, transfer the potatoes and garlic to a plate.

Then put the previously fried potatoes and garlic back into the pan and stir well. Add the coriander leaves and fry for another 2 minutes.
