Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a recipe for chicken rolls filled with cheese and a little bit of bacon.

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 onions (thinly sliced)
  • About half a cup of cheese, cut into strips
  • Garlic powder
  • 6 slices of fried bacon
  • A little salt
  • A little black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step-by-step instructions

Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise. This will give you 6 slices of chicken. Place each slice of chicken into a plastic bag and pound with a meat mallet until thin. Then sprinkle salt, black pepper, and onion powder on both sides of each slice.

Heat half of the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and fry for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Next, place the fried onions, bacon, and cheese in the center of each slice of chicken. Then roll the chicken up tightly.

Roll up the remaining slices of chicken in the same way. You will end up with 6 chicken rolls.

Heat the pan and add the remaining half of the oil. Fry the chicken rolls until golden brown. Then cover with a lid and fry for 5 to 7 more minutes.

Finally, the delicious cheese chicken rolls are ready to be served with a side of tomato sauce.
