Hello everyone! For shrimp lovers, you might usually fry them whole, cook them in reduced oil, or stir-fry them with a bit of chili.

The shrimp recipe we're sharing this time is a new way of cooking, different from the usual methods, that will leave a more fragrant aroma.

Everyone already knows that eating garlic improves the digestive system and has many health benefits. Let's add this garlic, which is so good for the human body, into the shrimp dish we're about to cook.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (finely minced) – 6 cloves

  • Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Large shrimp (peeled) – 20 kyat-tha (about 320g)

Preparation Method

1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin powder, and chili powder. Then add the shrimp and massage thoroughly to coat evenly.

2. Once evenly coated, set aside and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to high heat, and arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the oven tray.

4. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.

Once the shrimp is cooked, you'll have a fragrant garlic-scented shrimp dish ready to enjoy.
