Hello everyone! This time, for those who love Korean food, I'd like to share a recipe for kimchi fried rice.

Ingredients

  • About 1 whole bowl of kimchi (cut into moderate-sized pieces)
  • 150 grams pork belly (cut into moderate-sized chunks)
  • 200 grams needle mushrooms (remove the roots and wash thoroughly)
  • About 4 bowls of rice
  • 4 eggs

  • Half a teaspoon of thinly sliced garlic and a little spring onion
  • Half a tablespoon of sesame oil and half a tablespoon of cooking oil

Step-by-step method

1. Heat the pot, add oil, then add the garlic. Stir for about 10 seconds. Then add the pork and fry until the pork is cooked through.

2. Add the kimchi and stir for a few more seconds.

3. Add the needle mushrooms and fry for a few more seconds. Then reduce the heat. (If you don't want to add needle mushrooms, you can skip this step.)

4. Add the rice and pour in the remaining kimchi liquid, then fry until well mixed.

5. Add the sesame oil and stir again until evenly mixed. Then you can turn off the heat.

You can now enjoy the kimchi fried rice with a delicious half-fried egg on top. Right before eating, you can also sprinkle a little spring onion over it.
