Hello everyone! This time, the dish I'd like to share is a pork rib dish mixed with chili and carrots.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs 1 kilogram
- Water
- Garlic 11 cloves (peeled)
- Ginger 1 piece
- Onion 1 bulb
- Pear 1 (peeled)
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Rice wine 4 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt and black pepper powder half a tablespoon
- Soy sauce 8 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce half a tablespoon
- Spring onions 2 stalks (thinly sliced)
- Red and green chili peppers (cut into small square pieces)
- Carrots 2 (cut into medium-sized pieces)
Step-by-step instructions
1. Soak the pork ribs in water for about half an hour.
2. While the pork ribs are soaking, prepare the marinade sauce. Cut the onion and pear into four pieces. Then put the garlic, ginger, onion and pear into a blender and blend until it becomes a paste.
3. Put the resulting paste into a mixing bowl. Then add sugar, rice wine, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder and about 2/3 of the spring onions, and mix well.
4. After 30 minutes, remove the pork ribs. Then rub the marinade sauce prepared earlier onto the pork ribs. Then let it marinate for about 1 hour.
5. When the time is up, heat the pot. Add the pork ribs and marinade sauce. Add water until the pork ribs are submerged. Then cook for about 15 minutes.
6. When the pork rib broth comes to a boil, add the carrots and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the chili peppers and cook for about 3 minutes. (If you like mushrooms, you can add a small amount of mushrooms as well)
After mixing everything well, you can take it off the stove and it's ready to serve.
