Hello everyone! This time, I'd like to share a recipe for a dish with fragrant cheese aroma and tender, delicious potatoes and pork.

Ingredients

  • Cooking oil
  • 4 pieces of pork (rib pieces with bone)
  • 6 potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced into rounds)
  • 2 onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 can of ready-made cream of parsley soup

  • 1 full bowl of milk (16 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper
  • A little cheese (grated with a grater)

Step-by-step instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grease the baking pan that will go into the oven with oil.

2. Heat a pot and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pork pieces and cook until browned. Then flip to the other side and continue cooking until browned. This should take about 8 to 10 minutes in total.

3. Add the potatoes and onions into the baking pan from earlier, and gently shake the pan a little to distribute them evenly.

4. Then pour the cream of parsley soup, milk, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.

5. Once done, place the 4 pieces of pork on top of the potatoes.

6. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes.

7. Once the time is up, take it out of the oven and sprinkle a little more cheese on top. Then return it to the oven for another 5 minutes.

Once the cheese has melted, you'll have a tender and delicious cheese potato pork curry ready to enjoy.
