Hello everyone! This time, I want to share a delicious pork fried noodles recipe for noodle lovers.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2 stalks spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 pack of noodles
- 2 bundles of bean sprouts (washed and cut into suitable lengths)
- 0.5 lb pork (cut into suitable sized pieces)
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- Half a tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Step-by-step instructions
1. Mix the pork well with the cooking wine and corn starch, then let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Pour water into a pot, add a little salt, and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the noodles and boil for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When done, drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
3. Put the noodles in a large bowl and mix well with the dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.
4. Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain well.
5. Heat a wok and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and fry for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Add the pork and fry for another 2 minutes. Once the pork turns brown, add the noodles and fry for another 3 minutes.
7. Add the bean sprouts and fry for about 1 minute. Taste and adjust the seasoning lightly, then add the spring onions right before removing from the heat.
And there you have it — delicious pork fried noodles!
Enjoy your meal with great taste.
