Hello everyone! This time, instead of sharing meat, fish, or vegetable cooking recipes, I'd like to share a dessert recipe. This is a strawberry jelly recipe that can be easily made at home without any tiring preparation.

Ingredients

  • 3 packets of jelly powder needed to make the jelly
  • About 2 and a half cups of milk
  • Half a cup of cream
  • About one-third cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of strawberry powder
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • About half a cup of water
  • About one-fourth cup of sugar

Step-by-step instructions

To make the bottom layer of the jelly, mix the jelly powder with cream. Heat about one cup of milk and pour it into the jelly powder. Then add about one-third bowl of sugar and stir until the powder dissolves completely.

Next, pour this mixture into a deep-bottomed glass dish and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

For the second layer of the jelly, mix about half a cup of milk with one packet of jelly powder and stir until smooth. Then heat about one cup of milk and pour it into the jelly-milk mixture prepared earlier. Add about 2 tablespoons of strawberry powder and stir until the powder dissolves completely. Once done, let it cool at room temperature.

Once cooled, pour it over the bottom jelly layer that was set in the refrigerator, and chill it again in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Next, put strawberries into a blender, add one-fourth cup of sugar and about half a cup of water, and blend. (Set aside some strawberries for decoration once the jelly is finished.) Once thoroughly blended, set aside about one cup of the mixture in the blender and pour the rest into a bowl. Pour the one cup of strawberry juice left in the blender into a saucepan and heat it. Add one packet of jelly powder into the strawberry juice in the bowl and stir. Then add the heated strawberries into the bowl and stir thoroughly again.

Next, pour the third layer into the glass dish that's in the refrigerator. Chill it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Once the time is up, take it out of the refrigerator and decorate the jelly with whole strawberries or thinly sliced strawberries on top.

Then you can cut it into square pieces or triangle shapes as you like, place them on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
