Eating fish, which is rich in nutrients, helps protect against heart disease and also helps prevent depression, making you a happier person. That's not all. It also improves sleep and helps protect against declining eyesight as you get older.

Wouldn't you like to shape nutritious fish into fish fingers and fry them up?

  • Half a plate of thinly sliced long beans
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of thinly sliced chili
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander (finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • A small amount of flour
  • Vegetable oil

Step-by-step instructions

1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients except the vegetable oil and flour, and blend for about 10 seconds until it becomes a paste.

2. Shape the resulting paste into fish finger shapes and coat them with flour.

3. Heat a pot on the highest heat, then pour in the oil. (The oil should be about an inch deep)

4. Once the oil is hot, put the fish fingers into the pot and fry each side for about 3 minutes.

5. Once the fish fingers turn golden brown, remove them from the pot and place them on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
