Hello everyone. Are you getting tired of eating plain fried eggs every day? This time, instead of just frying eggs plainly, I'd like to share how to make a rolled omelette.
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced spring onion
- A little cheese, a little cooking oil
Step-by-step instructions
Crack 5 eggs into a bowl, then add the fish sauce and salt, and mix well. Add the spring onion and stir again until evenly combined.
Heat oil in a pan, then pour in the egg mixture and fry. Once the edges of the egg are cooked, roll the egg up using a spatula as shown in the picture.
Fry the remaining egg mixture the same way and roll it up with the spatula as well.
Transfer the rolled omelette to a plate and cut it into even slices. You can enjoy it as an egg dish paired with rice, or if you'd like it as a snack, you can serve it with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
As an optional addition, you can also finely slice vegetables such as carrots and cabbage and mix them in along with the spring onion before frying.
