I'd like to share a recipe for mixed fruit ice pops that will help you beat and enjoy the summer heat. As for the equipment needed, you'll just need ice pop molds, sticks, and some fruits. It's simple and doesn't require any difficult steps, so you can easily make it at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 plums
  • A small amount of strawberries

  • A small amount of raspberries
  • A small amount of blueberries
  • 470 ml apple juice (about 2 glasses)

Step-by-step instructions

1. Peel the kiwis and plums and slice them thinly.

2. Cut each strawberry into three pieces.

3. Place the strawberries, kiwis, and plums into the ice pop molds. If the fruit is overflowing, press it down gently inside the molds.

4. Fill in the remaining empty spaces with blueberries and raspberries. Keep pressing and adding fruit until all of it is used up.

5. Then, pour in the apple juice. Don't fill the mold all the way to the top — leave about 1/8 inch of space at the top. Insert the ice pop stick right into the center.

7. Once everything is done, freeze them in the freezer compartment for about one night. When you're ready to eat and want to remove the ice pops from the molds, run them under warm water to loosen them.

Now you'll have mixed fruit ice pops that both children and adults will love.

If you don't have these particular fruits, you can also substitute them with any fruits you like.
