Don't you want to make a delicious milk pudding that's also healthy, right at home?

If you want it to be healthy, you need to add a little bit of ginger juice.

Ingredients

  • Cow's milk 400 milliliters
  • Ginger juice 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step-by-step instructions

1. Peel the ginger piece using a spoon. Then slice the ginger thinly. Afterwards, put the ginger pieces into a sieve. Place a small bowl underneath the sieve. Then press down on the ginger with a spoon so that the ginger juice comes out.

Pour 1 tablespoon of the extracted ginger juice into the bowl you will use to make the milk pudding.

2. As the second step, heat a pot, add the cow's milk, add the sugar, and bring it to a boil. Once the milk has boiled, remove it from the stove and let it cool for about 3 minutes.

3. Before the milk gets too cool or too cold, pour it into the bowl containing the ginger juice. Then cover the bowl with a lid for about 5 minutes.

Once the 5 minutes are up, you can enjoy the warm milk pudding deliciously. If you don't like it hot and prefer eating it cold, you can also chill it in the refrigerator before serving.
