Every meal should be healthy and packed with complete nutrition. That's why this time, I want to share a recipe for long bean, prawn and egg stir-fry, which allows you to enjoy all three food groups in one complete, wholesome dish.
Ingredients
- 8 prawns (peeled)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimp (soaked in water)
- 1 chili pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (thinly sliced)

- 1 long bean (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- A pinch of salt and ground pepper
Step-by-step instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add half a teaspoon each of ground pepper and salt to the eggs, then beat the eggs thoroughly until well combined.
2. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Once that's done, add the prawns and stir-fry. Then add the long beans, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and ground pepper, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. (If you don't like prawns, you can substitute any meat of your choice, and if you don't like long beans, you can substitute another vegetable.)
4. After 2 minutes, pour the beaten eggs into the pan. After about 1 minute, flip the egg mixture over to the other side.
Now your long bean, prawn and egg stir-fry is ready. Enjoy it deliciously together with rice.
