Hello everyone! This time, I want to share how to make delicious grilled shrimp butter rice with a rich flavor. If you're tired of eating plain white rice, this is easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- 1 can of rice (condensed milk can) (or you can use the amount you prefer)
- 7 mushrooms, 9 shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- A little spring onion
Step-by-step instructions
Wash the rice until the water runs clear. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Put the rice and mushrooms into the rice cooker pot, add water, and start cooking (the amount of water needed depends on your rice cooker).
While the rice is cooking, preheat the grill to medium heat.
Next, put the thoroughly washed shrimp into a bowl and sprinkle with chili powder.
Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper powder, then mix well so it's evenly coated.
Add the olive oil and mix again until well combined.
Let it marinate for a few minutes, then grill it. Grill each side for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Once the shrimp are grilled, set them aside on a plate. When the rice is cooked, heat a pot and melt the butter in it.
Once the butter turns golden, pour it over the rice and mix well. Transfer the resulting butter rice to a plate, then place the grilled shrimp on top of the rice.
Add spring onions on top of the rice plate to garnish. Now you can enjoy this delicious grilled shrimp butter rice.
