Hello everyone! For those who love beef dishes, this time I want to share a recipe for a dish made with beef and mushrooms. You won't have to worry about the beef being tough or face the trouble of cooking for a long time — with just a short time, you can cook up a delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (ground/minced)
  • About 1/4 bowl of wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bowl of thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 4 teaspoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

  • About 3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • About 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • About 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Ingredients needed to make the sauce

  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • About half a bowl of thinly sliced mushrooms
  • About 1 and 1/2 bowls of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Step-by-step instructions

In a large bowl, combine the beef, wheat flour, egg, mushrooms, tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, then knead until well mixed.

Once mixed, shape the meat into balls. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the beef meatballs and fry until golden brown. When done, transfer them to a plate.

Next, prepare the sauce. Heat a pot and add the oil. Keep the heat at medium. Add the onions and fry for about 7 minutes. Add the garlic and stir for a few more minutes.

Add the mushrooms, stir briefly, then add the chicken broth and stir again.

Then, add the meatballs into the chicken broth and cook for about 10 minutes. If you'd like to add a fragrant touch, you can add some coriander. And there you have it — a delicious and complete beef meatball and mushroom dish.
