Hello everyone! I'd like to share a recipe for a pork and potato pan cake that will delight both potato lovers and pork lovers alike.
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- About 0.5 lb pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- About 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- A little cheese and spring onion
- 1 tomato
- A little oil
- A little salt and black pepper powder
Step-by-step preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Then season the potatoes with black pepper powder and salt, and mix well.
3. Heat a pan, add oil, and fry the potato pieces. Once the potatoes turn golden brown, transfer them to a plate.
4. Next, fry the pork pieces as well.
5. Arrange the potatoes and pork neatly in the baking dish you'll put in the oven.
6. Mix the two eggs with the milk and whisk together fairly briskly.
7. Pour the mixture into the baking dish with the potatoes. Add the cheese and spring onion. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the top again.
8. Slice the tomato into three rounds and place them into the baking dish. Then put it in the oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
9. Once the time is up, you can take it out of the oven. Now you'll have a flavorful and satisfying potato and pork pan cake.
You can slice and eat as much as you like. If you can't finish it all at once, you can store it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to eat, just warm it up in the microwave.
