For chocolate lovers, here's an easy way to make Hot Chocolate at home that I'd like to share with you.

Into a heat-resistant bowl (or pot), add 20 grams of brown sugar. Add 7 grams of Cocoa Powder. Add 25 ml of water. Then stir with an egg whisk. Once everything has dissolved and mixed well, place it on the stove and keep stirring.

Once steam starts coming out and it becomes slightly thick, add 60 grams of Dark Chocolate and stir. Once it has become completely thick, remove from the stove and add 350 ml of warm milk and stir. After stirring for a moment, place it back on the stove and continue stirring.

Once a little steam starts to come out, pour it into the cup you'll be drinking from. Don't fill it all the way up — leave about two finger-widths of space.

Whip a little warm milk until it becomes nice and frothy. Once it's frothy, carefully pour the top layer into the cup containing the Hot Chocolate. Add some marshmallows on top. Then drizzle with a little Chocolate Sauce.

And there you have it — this Hot Chocolate recipe, just as tasty and tempting as the one from the shops, is complete.
