Staying home with the family on a day off instead of going out, and making snacks together, is so much fun. Whether it's with family or gathering with friends, I'm sharing the recipe for fried beef spring rolls so everyone can enjoy making snacks together. It's not difficult to make, so it should be easy for you. If you don't eat beef, you can simply substitute pork or chicken in place of the beef.

Put 1 pound of Ground Beef into a bowl. If you can't buy ground beef, mince the beef finely yourself. For pork or chicken, chop it finely as well and put it into the bowl.

Add half a small bowl of finely chopped shallots, half a small bowl of thinly sliced leeks, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, half a tablespoon of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of White Pepper powder, then mix well until evenly combined.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them. Have a small brush ready for brushing. Also prepare the spring roll wrappers.

Take one spring roll wrapper and place one tablespoon of the mixed beef mixture onto it. Then take the beaten eggs with the small brush and brush it around the edges of the wrapper. After that, just fold it in half and press down the corners with your hand.

Once you've wrapped all of them, put them into hot oil and fry. Once done, arrange them neatly on a serving plate and you can enjoy them with a dipping sauce. And there you have it — your fried beef spring rolls are ready!
