Whether it's just to eat with plain white rice, to enjoy with a cold drink, with a beer, or simply to eat as a snack, if you want to make chicken taste better than usual, we're sharing a way to fry chicken with a delicious flavor of honey, sauce, and sesame.

In a bowl, add honey – 1 tablespoon. Add apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon, ketchup sauce – 1.5 tablespoons, chili sauce – 1 tablespoon, sesame oil – 1 teaspoon, crushed ginger – 1 teaspoon, and water – 120 ml, then stir well until combined.

Once well mixed, add about half and a bit more of a tablespoon of cornstarch and a little salt, then stir.

In another bowl, crack 1 egg, add salt – 1 teaspoon, ginger powder – half a teaspoon, and stir. Add ice water – 120 ml and mix, then add flour – 110 grams and mix.

Once thoroughly mixed, add cornstarch – 60 grams and stir. Add baking powder – 1.5 teaspoons and vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon, then mix.

Cut chicken – 450 grams into bite-sized pieces about an inch each and put them in a bowl. Add salt – half a teaspoon, garlic powder – a little, and chili powder – a little, then knead thoroughly.

Once everything is ready, put the seasoned chicken into the bowl with the flour batter you made earlier and mix well.

After mixing and kneading thoroughly, put the chicken pieces into a pot with plenty of hot oil and fry them.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and drain the oil.

Put a pan on the stove, add the sauce you made first, and keep stirring.

Once it starts to bubble, add the fried chicken and stir.

Once thoroughly mixed, sprinkle plenty of sesame seeds and stir again.

Once everything is done, transfer it to a plate and enjoy it as you like.
